Travel Itinerary Template - Google Docs Sheets and Excel

This spreadsheet makes it so much easier to plan a travel itinerary together! You simply enter daily activities at each general part of the day - OR, use the new TIME-BASED entry - and then an Agenda view - all in one page - is generated for you! You can easily print this or share with others so they have all the details in one place!

You can share this spreadsheet with your family to share the work of booking meal reservations, scheduling sightseeing tours, booking side excursions or baby-sitters. If you use the Google Sheets collaborative version, you can give edit access to others so you can plan together, or view-only access so they can access it before the trip, as the plan comes together, or while on the trip to figure out where they're supposed to be...

Of course, you can also update this template to change the time slots to be more specific or less constraining. Most importantly, all your peeps will be on the same itinerary!
